2011-2012 Tryout Registration Requirements
Prior to registration please review and understand the following information.

Birth Certificate or Passport
A copy of the player's birth certificate or passport is required.  The league requires proof of age for all players.  Current Trevian players should have birth certificates/passports on file with Trevian Soccer Club office.   All NEW players, including all U8 players, will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate/passport in one of 2 ways:
    1. Preferred: upload a scanned image of the birth certificate or passport during online tryout registration.

Player Photo
All players may provide a photo according to specifications below through the online registration process, but this year the phone upload will not be required to complete registration process. This is the photo that will be on the league player pass.  This photo may be uploaded during online tryout registration or we may take the player's photo at tryouts. There are league requirements for the composition of the photo, which should be comparable to a passport photo.

8 Step Composition Checklist for Successful Photos
  1. Frame subject with full face, front view, eyes open
  2. Make sure photo presents full head from top of hair to bottom of chin
  3. Center head within frame left to right
  4. Make sure eye height is 2/3 (two thirds) from bottom of photo
  5. Photograph subject against a plain white or off-white background
  6. Position subject and lighting so that there are no distracting shadows on the face or background
  7. Encourage subject to have a natural to slightly smiling expression
  8. Please provide a new photo every year
  9. NO hats or sunglasses are allowed in photo
